Bei kombinierten Zahnrekonstruktionen ist ein Teil fest und der andere Teil herausnehmbar gestaltet. Dies kann in verschiedenen Ausführungen geschehen:

• Wurzelkappen oder Implantate mit Druckknopfanker und Prothesen oder Teilprothesen.
• Kronen oder Brücken aus Metallkeramik mit Halteelementen oder Fräsungen zur Befestigung einer Teilprothese.
• Stegkonstruktionen auf einer eigenen Wurzeln oder Implantate mit einer totalen Prothese.

Ricostruzioni combinate 

Nelle ricostruzioni dentarie combinate una parte viene realizzata in modo fisso e un’altra estraibile. Ciò può aver luogo in diverse esecuzioni e cioé: 

• La calotta della radice o gli impianti muniti di ancoraggio a mezzo bottone automatico per protesi totale o protesi parziale.
• Corone o ponte di metallo e ceramica con elementi d'inserimento o fresature per fissare una protesi parziale.
• Realizzazione di barra su radice propria o su impianto con una protesi totale.

Combined Work

• Crowns or bridges from metal ceramic with orthodontic brackets to connect a partial prosthesis.
